This adorable 1-story cottage sits right on the beach and makes it easy to enjoy the sand, surf and sun.
Su Casa is located in an ideal location! This charming beach cottage is located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. All it takes is to look outside your window to be reminded that you’re on vacation in paradise!
Our charming and colorful Gulf front beach house is equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an additional 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. The cottage is located within the courtyard near the main house. (The cottage is an annex with 2 bedrooms and shared bath and has no living room nor kitchen facilities).
Both the home and cottage sleep a total of 10 guests.
With a quaint Florida décor throughout the layout is perfect! We have the main house which offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with different living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and best of all the beach!
The First bedroom offers a King bed, second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that features a shower. The third bedroom has a King bed. There is a second hallway bathroom that features a shower. The cottage has a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom and a Queen bed in the fifth bedroom, these two share a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination.
The main house has 3 living spaces. The main living area has comfortable seating and a TV. The large screened in porch has been enclosed and this sunroom faces the beach. The sunroom allows you the luxury of gazing each day at beach front views and captivating sunsets. Right outside the sunroom you can walk out to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see!
The dining area seats 6 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests. There is another table by the sun room that seats an additional 4 guests.
This updated 1937 beach house has high ceilings, central AC and ceiling fans throughout. Su Casa is charmingly decorated with vintage rattan, retro fabrics and beach-themed items – all of this provides the warmth and feel of a true beach cottage.
The back area is wonderful, it offers lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a bbq grill and plenty of seating.
Guests love that we are within easy walking distance of over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops and much more.
Note: This property allows 2 large vehicles or 3 small cars in the driveway only.
This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Home was clean and comfortable. Lots of room for our group of 8. Back patio was awesome. Very easy walk to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants.

This place is very large consisting mostly of sitting rooms. I realize this is a very old house so there will be things. We had bathroom doors in the main house that wouldn't close because they were not aligned or swollen wood. It's important that we could close and lock the bathroom door. The cottage in the back didn't have a bottom frame to the door sill so there was a large gap you could see outside and lots of lizards and who knows what else could come right in. There was also not a working door knob or lock on the cottage. The back cottage was very small and that's ok but there was no place to put your clothes. The dressers were full of bedding. There was a coat rack that was the only place to hang any clothes. I bet you could use some of that huge garage to add some closets. The first day in the back cottage there was some mysterious something that looked like coffee grounds under the top cover on one of the beds. I cleaned it off and later it was there again. I thought it could only come from the ceiling. Management said it was termite droppings but she couldn't get an exterminator out. She sent a maintenance person and he couldn't figure out what to do about it. The ceiling was slats and I said, why don't you caulk the spaces between the slats. That stopped the droppings but it was still a little icky. It upset me that the cleaning person had to have seen it on the sheets and still put the cover over it, leaving it there. We did see a couple of rats going under the back deck. You have to like eclectic and a little funky to like this place. I liked the funky but the rest of my group did not.
