This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 at the front door facing the entrance, 1 on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 on the back right corner of the home facing the rear yard, and 1 on the back left corner of the home facing the rear yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. They will record video when activated by motion and will be turned on during your stay
- The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. A desired temperature cannot be guaranteed. For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather

Everything was great except the tub in the master bedroom. It was so slippery you could not shower in it. The floor was humped slightly and the middle was like ice. Not good for the 68 yr old taking a shower. Tbe rest was wonderful.Plenty of beds for 9 adults. No bunkbeds. We fished off the dock.we loved using the golfcart,what bonus! Great French bakery up the street! Saw the Christmas parade from the front porch. We added our own holiday cheer!

We loved the house; there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. We loved the big couches and the fire pit at night, as well as the large dining room tables, both inside and out. We were all able to sit together easily, which made for great bonding times. Our host was very responsive to any of our needs and could not have been more helpful. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Close to everything in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing location! We enjoyed the pool deck and its great water views. It was an easy walk to the beach, but we also really appreciated the golf cart. The layout inside also made it easy for us all to gather for meals and board games, plus easy spots for the kids to play, craft, or chill!
