The home has a pool, fenced in yard and outstanding views. The large living room opens to a covered seating area pool, dock with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom opens to the pool, and waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need. Large two car garage you will find washer/dryer, bikes, grill, beach chairs, beach towels and more!

Large 2 car garage will hold 10-foot trailer, 1 car or 2 cars. Driveway can hold 4 cars.
Two Living rooms each have sleeper sofas, nice and open overlooking the water, great for handicapped, TV in everyone Room and more!
Other things to note
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets more needs approval, cats need to be declawed if not request approved to heat the pool there is a $35.00 daily fee. Minimum age to rent the home is 28 years.

Perfect house for me and my husband, along with three 13 yr old boys! We had plenty of space to spread out and really enjoyed the backyard. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and ending a day at the beach with a swim in the pool. The nearby playground and nature reserve were also a big plus! I felt comfortable letting the boys walk to nearby restaurants as there were many good ones within a short distance. We even brought our dog along and the backyard was perfect for him as well as a great neighborhood to walk him. I did give the accuracy of the listing 4 stars because the pool heater and hot tub were not working due to the hurricanes, but that did not put a damper on the trip. Elaine was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to future visits!!

Words can not express how our family enjoyed our stay at this house, our first that we have rented. The layout of the house is great and the decor is beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the large swimming pool.We used Pool floats and games that were available in the garage which also contains beach chairs, umbrellas and a red wagon that we used for carrying items to the beach. The Beach is around 8 minutes from the house and uses public access to the beach which is great because we were able to use a rinse shower to wash the sand off as we exited.The house is stocked with a tons of towels, board games, utensils, kitchen equipment, TV in every room and most important to me… air conditioning, and ceiling fans all over the place which keeps the house nice and cool.The location is perfect with a private dock in the back that we fished off of and if you rent a boat, you can easily dock. The backyard Palm tree accent lights are a beautiful sight at sunset and throughout the evening.Lastly, the owner was great! She was very nice, attentive and really cared that our stay was very enjoyable. I can say without a doubt that we will be back to stay in her home again for many more times in the future.
