Casa San Leonardo - ApulianStay Group

Well located within the old town. Lovely old property with lots of original features, nicely decorated.

There were a lot of emails from the property agency about check in forms, security deposit, etc. The address and WiFi details we received at check in were incorrect; we had knocked on a local lady's door in error and she directed us around the corner. I emailed the support address and texted one of the phone numbers provided at check in for support with the WiFi,and received no response from either. We figured it out ourselves in the end. The bed linen is poor quality and doesn't fit the bed; one pillowcase had holes in it.

Location was very good, the apartment is aesthetic, it’s a pleasure for the eyes, also there is possible to make coffee, which i find very good. It is spacious and comfortable.

We were with a group of people who were staying sepparate from us, almost the same location - 50/100m away, and they had no trash policy, they had their apartments cleaned, their towels changed. We didnt receive toilet paper or even a broom so we can tidy up the apartment ourselves during our stay. Also, the noise is very bad in the morning, so if you want to sleep past 7-8 am, that will not be possible. The door at the entrance has a really odd way to lock it, which was not shown by the host, we slept one night with the door open until we managed to close it.

Very nice and spacious flat in the center of Monopoly old town. Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, very clean.

If you are with car, consider to park further from the property, as the parking next to it is impossible. Staff is very friendly, but has problems speaking english, so make sure to know basic italian vocabulary.

Przestronność, lokalizacja w samym centrum Monopoli centro storico, ciekawa struktura apartamentu - 2 poziomy, przestronna łazienka
