The location is perfect, interesting authentic place, the owner is nice and helpful, our late check-in went without challenges. The condition we do not need to turn on, because the temperature in the apartment was very comfortable. Very nice place to stay in Monopoli. 100 % recommended.
I would like to suggest to change the table for dinner, something round and new and to place it in the middle of the room. Because to sit in front of the mirror in this corner was a bit uncomfortable. But it’s only my opinion.

Great location and the house itself is very nice and clean - there is everything you need for a baby: a chair, a cot, toys and books!
Very easy check-in and check-out, very clear instructions. Great communication with Filippo - he was very attentive and we felt well taken care of.

Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato positivo. La casa è ben equipaggiata e pulita, con spazi accoglienti e in una posizione comoda per raggiungere i principali servizi. I bambini hanno particolarmente apprezzato i giochi da tavolo messi a disposizione, che hanno reso il soggiorno più divertente.L' host è stato sempre reperibile al telefono, anche se non l'abbiamo mai incontrato di persona.
L' appartamento non riceve luce solare, pertanto risulta un po' umido.La difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze.
Resta un ' opzione valida per un soggiorno tranquillo.

Great location, nice host, and a good spacious casa.
The porous stone that makes up most of the ceiling and walls tends to drip somewhat, and there was a sensation of the beds and pillows always being slightly damp or musty. The towels and sheets could have been cleaner.
