La casetta del cuore

The location is perfect, and the house is classic for this part of Italy. The temperature inside the house was perfect; we didn’t use the AC. A kitchen equipped with everything you need

You can hear people walking on the street, but that's understandable since it's an old, classic house.

La casetta era deliziosa in pieno centro ma in una via laterale silenziosa, dotata di ogni comfort...frutta fresca acqua e vino in omaggio, lavastoviglie lavatrice piatti, stoviglie, stendino, scopa, carta per le mani, caffettiere, teiera, detersivi addirittura un ombrellone e una sdraietta per andare in spiaggia..fono professionale letti comodi, 3 tv, aria condizionata nelle stanze da letto non saprei cosa si potrebbe aggiungere di più...la titolare con il marito ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e ci hanno addirittura ceduto il posto della macchina nella piazzetta vicino alla casa...

Nulla tutto perfetto forse il bagno o meglio la doccia un pò piccolina nel caso di persone molto alte o in carne ma per noi è andata benissimo.

Vanessa the host was very kind and flexible regarding our arrival. The accommodation is a classic old town simple apartment, the cleanliness is okay. The central square is very easily accessible. We received a welcome fruit bowl and drink.

Unfortunately, in all these old town apartments I feel dampness and a slight musty smell, this was also the case here, as it is everywhere in Italy when we stay in an authentic place.

Good location, clean, fair WiFi, all facilities and amenities you need, shampoo, washing liquid, tablets for the dish washer & washing machine, coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil provided.

The main problem of this apartment was the stink of mustiness.. everywhere, even in the cupboards, wardrobes or inside the washing machine. The owner left a lot of air fresheners everywhere, but it did not help. The combination of mustiness and the airfresheners makes it impossible to breath or sleep, we closed them eventually in one of the wardrobes.. 😂 and after two days it started to get bareable. Secondly, the flat is located on ground floor with a very little daylight, you always have to have the lights switched on (pictures lie… ) even during the day. Also, you are unable to determine the weather, as it is constantly dark in this narrow street. The street is very narrow so all the time you will hear neighbours talking, shouting, barking of dog.. visitors etc. As for the amenities, it was nice to have washing machine but there is no place to hang the washed clothes, if you hang them on the chairs, they will need 2-3 days to get dry. The mobile phones have no or very limited reception in the flat, so you will not be able to use it for calls or sms, which was quite uncomfortable as well.
