Posizione ottima. Il proprietario era gentilissimo e disponibile.

Ottima posizione strategica, la casa molto fresca e spaziosa con addirittura l’asciugatrice, l’host molto disponibile e cortese.

Migliorerei un po la pulizia degli utensili cucina che si mette a disposizione,così come tovaglie e strofinacci, erano usurati e sporchi.

Bedroom is quite roomy, twin bed in living room was very comfortable. Kitchen is decently equipped, large fridge. Location is perfect—plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, Castel Carlo V an easy walk, Basilica Cathedral very near. Gianni was charming, very kind and pleasant, very helpful arranging a cab to the train station; cars are very restricted in this centre historico, as the lanes are quite narrow!!

Would be helpful to have a local street map, and maybe brochures for various local activities. My friend and I would have loved to have tea and coffee available. Some basic spices, oil, salt and pepper, along with foil would be useful. Directions for the induction burners would also help.
