Stayed here for a 4 day “girls getaway weekend” and had the best time. The house is lovely, spacious, & comfortable. Beds were oh so comfortable and the area was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed & provides lots of space if you have a large group. There were only 3 of us so we had ample room throughout the entire house. We LOVED all the patios, but were disappointed that we were not able to enjoy them more…. We had only gray skies throughout the weekend. Really liked having a garage to park our car, was nice not having to worry about street parking. Check in & check out details were clear and were provided in advance. Had no issues accessing the house or garage. All went very smoothly. Really enjoyed this property and would stay here again.

Great location! Close to the airport and a Trader Joe’s. Easy day trips to the zoo and Legoland.

This is a well-maintained property with clear pride of ownership. There were numerous touches that aren’t common in other rentals - throw blankets in the living space, high quality paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters) and linens (bath towels that were actually fluffy), and plentiful cooking utensils (mesh strainers, block of sharp knives).
Our family of four was very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces; making use of the rooftop for sunset viewing, the dining table for eating outdoors, and loungers on the front lawn for some reading.
The home is only a block away from a ramp to the boardwalk and offered some beach toys, chairs, and towels we could bring along.
While the home is 3 levels, we didn’t find the amount of stairs overwhelming. The majority of our time was spent on the upper two levels (living & bedrooms)
Communication with the owner was clear and kind. We appreciated the text after settling in to make sure everything was ok.
Overall, this is a great value for the price. If given the opportunity, we would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The home is stunning! Beautiful features and furnishings, great location, and was perfect for our short family vacation in San Diego. It was the first time all of our kids have been in the same space in a long time so it was extra special having a comfortable place to relax, play games, walk to the beach and have meals together. The owners were gracious and accommodating. We had the best time! We highly recommend!
