Clean, spacious, as advertised. Beds, linens and towels all great. No complaintsThis property is very tricky to get into. My only suggestion is to re-write the access instructions to make it clearer and easier to get in. Several guests felt similarly. 5/5 would stay here again.

Condo was everything we expected very beautiful very comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe getting a different kind of arrangement for the living room. There was a nice leather couch there other than that there were two chairs that were well ver worn out, was very uncomfortable. It just would’ve been nice to have more sitting space in the living room area for family and friends together and talk. Other than that, everything was great.

Great listing for convenient stay if visiting Pacific beach or surrounding area. Accommodations were great, condo was very clean and building areas/parking garage felt secure. Recently renovations to the living spaces were very nice. We had an awesome stay. Communication/emails with the listing agent were very good

You can't beat the location of this unit and two underground parking spaces were a plus. The kitchen is well equipped, but mostly with old pots and pans. In their defense, we have found this to be the case in most rentals. The beds were very uncomfortable and some had plastic mattress covers which were very hot. The bedding was not the correct size for some of the beds as well. There is a small balcony with electric BBQ which was adequate. There is no air conditioner and the unit is not situated to take advantage of the sea breezes, however there were fans throughout. The unit could also use a thorough cleaning. The availability of four bikes and beach toys was also a plus.
