Welcome to your San Diego retreat – a bright, stylish entire home nestled in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the sand, minutes from the Pacific coast, vibrant nightlife, and family-friendly attractions.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, group trip, or remote work escape, this home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and accessibility. Unwind on the private patio, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, or stream your favorite shows after a beach day.
1.) House Rules:
• No smoking, parties, or events.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (residential neighborhood).
• Pets are not allowed.

2.) Safety & Property:
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed.
• First aid kit and fire extinguisher available.
• Keyless entry for secure self check-in.

3.) Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Standard check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am.
Because we often have same-day turnovers, we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the schedule allows, we’re happy to offer:
– Early Check-In (from 1:00 pm) – $50
– Late Check-Out (until 1:00 pm) – $50
Availability is confirmed 24 hours before arrival/departure. Thank you for your understanding!

4.) Cancellation Policy:
• Limited - Full refund at least 14 days before check-in
• Flexibility if travel is disrupted due to documented emergencies or natural events.

5.) Lost & Forgotten Items Policy
Please check the apartment carefully before check-out and make sure you take all personal belongings with you. The host/property management team is not responsible for items lost, forgotten, or left behind after departure.

To avoid inconvenience, please complete a final check of the property before leaving and ensure you have collected all personal belongings.

6.) Confidentiality of Goodwill Credits & Special Accommodations
From time to time, we may offer guests goodwill credits, compensation, or special accommodations to help address concerns or enhance their stay. These may include compensation for issues relating to cleaning, access codes, difficulty locating the property, or other stay-related concerns.

We may also offer complimentary or specially accommodated (with a fee of $50) early check-ins or late check-outs at our discretion and subject to availability.

As these arrangements are made on an individual and case-by-case basis, we kindly request that guests keep the specific details of any goodwill credit, compensation amount, or special accommodation confidential.

This includes not publishing or sharing specific amounts or details of such arrangements in:

- Airbnb reviews
- Social media posts or comments
- Public forums or other online platforms

These goodwill gestures and special accommodations are private arrangements between the guest and the host/property management team and should not be considered a standard entitlement or guarantee for other guests.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the confidentiality of these individual arrangements. We kindly request that the specific details of such arrangements not be publicized on social media, other public platforms, or in Airbnb reviews. This does not prevent guests from sharing their honest experiences or feedback regarding their stay.
