Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 10. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc...

3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.

Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.

Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.

Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42' HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.

2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.

Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.

Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Cruisers (Bicycles), Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella.

In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

We enjoyed our stay but certainly was surprised no AC- the listing was vague and it was a very hot home in late August- even with the copious amount of fans they provided - a heads up would have been helpful when booking - we had some older family with us.

Had a wonderful time. Location was great. Plenty of street parking. House was wonderful. Used the sleep futon cushions in the closet for the fourth bed. My niece said she slept great on them. Backyard was perfect for relaxing any time of day. Thank you

This hidden gem was just what we needed for a great weekend in San Diego! The property was clean,easily accessible from the freeway and the landscapers came by while we stayed, to make sure the property was clean!! The walk to the bay 8 minutes. No crazy noise too early or late! The house is great, the management is great and memories were made this weekend with love, laughter and tacos!!!!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 10 people and were able to fit perfectly! The hosts were quick to communicate with, easy to talk with and had everything ready to go, early, the day of our arrival. The house had everything you could need and want for a vacation in a home away from home. The water was close, all the attractions we were going to were close and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided at the house. There were restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby, which made it easy to get anything that we wanted and or needed for our beach day, dinner’s, breakfast, lunch and snacks for all of the parks. We spent 8 days, 7 nights and wish we could’ve had a few more days. You can’t go wrong booking this place for any kind of trip you may have down. San Diego.

Dear Eric and Yvonne, We enjoyed the large spacious house. We had our early morning walks to the bay. Coffee houses and restaurants were right around the corner and very convenient. We enjoyed playing darts in the morning and UNO in the evening. Our stay was memorable. Thank you for hosting us.

From the minute we walked in, we absolutely loved this VRBO! It was one of the most well equipped, family-friendly, comfortable, and well kept homes that we've rented for our family. The location was even more convenient than expected, with the park, beach, grocery store and other places within a relatively short drive or walk. We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for our quiet, three-generation family group on spring break. The living room is really huge and comfortable, and it was nice to also have a separate family room and the beautiful outdoor patio. We ate breakfast and dinner at the house every day, and the kitchen was well supplied with all the pots, dishes and cooking utensils that you could ever need. The bathrooms are nice and modern. All-around a very comfortable stay. Perhaps the best part, though, is the location, I really cannot emphasize this enough. Unless you want to stay right on an ocean beach, this location is absolutely perfect. It is literally geographically central to all the quintessential San Diego tourist attractions (beaches, zoos, Balboa park, downtown, San Diego Bay, Coronado, La Jolla). The house is only one-half block away from a major road that gets you on your way fast. Yet the house is on a very quiet residential street - we were only home in the morning and evening but in that time we did not spot a single moving car on this street the entire week. And big bonus if you want a morning run - only two blocks to the Mission bay path. Highly, highly recommended.

We booked this place for the Christmas holiday and it was great! It had everything we needed: linens, kitchen gadgets/cookware, and we even took the bikes out for a grocery run to Trader Joe's! The key box was a bit of a challenge when we first checked in, but Eric was prompt with calling us and giving us a little hack to get it onen. Highly recommend this place!

We appreciated that there are enough supplies provided for our entire stay. It was a great place for four friends traveling together.

We were supposed to have our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren with us for the weekend, they however had the flu. This did not stop us from having a wonderful weekend in San Diego. We loved the location; all of the islands and bridges were awesome. Stores were a nearby drive, but we had a coffee shop and liquor store just a 5-minute walk away. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood to the beach on the bay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we would have needed for the 4 adults and 2 children, but the house worked for just the two of us as well.

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. The 3 bedrooms and comfortable sleeper sofa worked perfectly. The two family rooms and two accessible bathrooms were great. We had space to enjoy each other and also have some quiet. The big patio table was a wonderful place to eat. I highly recommend this house! The hosts are very responsive to any questions as well.

We had an amazing time in SD and staying here was a huge part of it. It felt like home the minute we walked in the door. The communication with Eric and Yvonne was spectacular. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. The location is amazing being so close to PB, the beach at Crown Point, SeaWorld fireworks at night, and of course Rocky's for the best burger in SD.
