About this house rental
Great 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, cozy, light and bright, we use 100% cotton sheets for the bed covers for all three Queen size beds, the kitchen has Gas Rang-Oven, microwave, dishwasher and the washer and dryer are located in the laundry room on the premises, we provide cable TV with movie channels and wi-fi for internet. The house is centrally located, only two blocks from the Sail Bay, which is seven blocks to the board walk and Pacific ocean, walking distance to the Sail Bay where you can enjoy the water sports, sailing, kayaking, catamaran, Jet-ski, Etc. walking distance to shopping, Bars and Restaurants. Nice place . Clean, everything works. Well equipped kitchen. Nice front porch. Good Internet. TV worked well. Had to replace batteries in remote. Nice showers. Dishwasher was a welcome addition! Four blocks to the beach, easy walk.
Owner was responsive. Great stay!

Home comfortably accommodated a family of 6 in town for MCRD Graduation. Away from hustle & bustle but still close enough to stores, restaurants, bay, ocean, and Sea World. A big bonus was having our own driveway to park in otherwise we would have had a hard time finding street parking. No issue from neighbors. Host answered any questions we had promptly. The house is due for some TLC, but we still enjoyed our stay.
