Great location, easily accessible, clean, and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach on mission bay and a few restaurants, markets and coffee shops. The house is well laid out too. Could not get the fireplace on the roof to work, but the one in the living room did. Host should probably provide some drink coasters to protect the tables.

So much potential, could be a great place to stay, but certainly hoped for more. The house itself is beautiful, beds clean and comfortable, great location. Cons: grill is out of service, rooftop fireplace is out of service, garage door opener had issues. Rooftop furniture needs cleaning. Very little supplies in bathrooms, no toaster found in the kitchen, wine glasses are super dirty and many are cracked, had to move them to make sure not to grab one by an accident. Really hope the owner can address those issues since it would make for an amazing stay for the guests.
