The townhouse was clean and well equipped. We especially liked the beach gear (chairs, umbrella). The pool was almost never used by anyone else. Washer/dryer was very nice to have. Thermostat is a Nest programmable but the program must be set by the owner as we had to adjust it constantly. The complex is quiet for being so close to the Coligny Beach action.
Location is 2 blocks from beach access near Coligny Beach. We walked to the beach in about 5 minutes. Bike rentals are a 4 minute walk. Trails are numerous but we liked riding up to Palmetto Dunes resort and cycling through the resort.
Restaurants are numerous. We liked Amigos takeout mexican about a 5 minute walk. We also went to Hudsons twice as the seafood is excellent. Dolphin tour was worth it as we saw over a dozen dolphins.

First time at Hilton Head Island and we were very satified with our stay. For it to be two bedrooms, it would have been nicer if TVs were in both rooms vs. just one as an extra amenity. I notice everything is in long walking distance (including the beach)

We are a family of four who needed a place close to the beach with a well-kitted condo, and that's exactly what this is. It's a ten minute walk to the beach (there's a free shuttle service, if you can catch it), but it's also a short walk to the Coligny Shopping Center, park, and a lot of good restaurants, particularly Kenny B's.
The beds were comfy, the water pressure was perfect, and the addition of the full-sized washer and dryer was so, so wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing I might suggest is a place to rinse off after the beach, but this would be up to the complex itself, not the owners. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was perfect. And even though we didn't use them, the chairs and beach stuff provided was a fantastic idea.
We would definitely come back again.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head. It's near the beach, a good location for restaurants, and the villa is nice and spacious. Definitely recommend this villa for a trip to Hilton Head.
