This is right next to the park which was so nice for the kids! The rental property manager was so quick to help us with anything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked! Comfy beds and great patio!

Great location in relation to Coligny beach/shopping. A little issues with cleanliness. A little is to be expected with the beach and multiple people in and out but was a little rough with having smaller children. We were let into the condo 2 hours early which was super helpful and very nice of the host. Shower curtain was covered in gunk that was sticking to itself and carpet stains were pretty bad, socks pitch black by the end of the stay (which I get can be hard to avoid with renting the place out). Most of the amenities for the beach that were included were broken already before use such as the umbrella, and two beach chairs. Maybe I made the mistake of reading the reviews prior as one said the placed was stocked and others said there were things included that weren't included. Small things like one roll of paper towels would have been super helpful upon arrival or hand soap in the bathrooms. Lots of great kitchen tools/ dishware included. Overall the stay was good just could use some small touches in my opinion.

The place would have been absolutely fine if it had been better cleaned. The floors were dirty and the shower is moldy. I liked the condo and it's nicely decorated and updated, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness factor.
