Nearly perfect but missing important items.

Beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. Tasty breakfast made a great start to the day.

No fridge in the room and no kettle, which was a disappointing first.. Would have liked a second chair so one person doesn't have to sit on the bed. Add those three items - there is room - and the rating would be a 10

Lovely weekend break.

Elizabeth and Steven were very welcoming, even allowing us to check in early because of a sudden change in our itinerary. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and the tea was strong and plentiful. There is a little outdoor area to sit and relax and the location was ideal for the family wedding we were attending. We had a lovely walk in the countryside on our second day. The shower was great - powerful without being a jet wash! We will definitely come back another time.

Personally, I would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room, but it would not deter me from a return.

Très bien pour y dormir et découvrir la région.

Nous avons apprécié l'intérieur du gîte, en parfait état, très propre et soigné, avec une superbe salle de bains et une literie impeccable.

Le gîte est attenant à la maison principale, avec une porte d'entrée séparée donnant directement sur la route départementale, et un coin terrasse accessible en passant par l'extérieur. La circulation est heureusement très réduite la nuit car le bruit des véhicules est perceptible dans le gîte. Le coin terrasse convient pour pique-niquer, mais manque d'ombre et de verdure.
