Lovely stay

Really good location,close to shop ,beach. Caravan got a lot of extra things like : books,games, a lot of staff for kids to take to the beach,BBQ with everything even charcoal, extra toilet in parents room,in the kitchen you can get :frying oil,ketchup, salt,pepper.You have washing machine .

Cozy & Comfortable Caravan

Everything we needed for our stay was present and working. The caravan was completely clean and the host was super responsive. Location wise it's just a 2 min walk from the reception. Public transport links were also within walking distance. There were lots of games and books which we enjoyed.

We had an amazing stay! The caravan was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. It felt very spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arriving stress-free. After settling in, we spent the evening relaxing on the decking and enjoyed a lovely BBQ while soaking up the atmosphere. We were really impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the caravan. There was a great selection of board games, which came in handy on Saturday when we stayed indoors due to the rain. There were even paper and colouring pencils for my five-year-old, which kept them happily entertained — such a considerate detail that really stood out to me. The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. Paul was also incredibly helpful with arranging the ferry; I took up his offer, and it saved me a lot of money when crossing with the car — something I was very grateful for.

An amazing place to stay and will definitely be back again!

The location of the property was perfect, close enough to the clubhouse and activities that it was a quick walk but not so close you can hear all the music and people! Loved how well the place was decorated, was a cosy and homey feeling. We will definitely be returning!

The owners had provided everything, we didn’t use much but I’m sure a family would from a washing machine to a BBQ. Really quiet due to visit being before school holidays, clean, tidy and definitely well cared for. The weather was hot and so the decking with chairs was a bonus and a tower fan indoors too. We would return as it exceeded expectations of our first time in a park home. Scenic walks 5 minute away, you can hire bicycles if you’d prefer along with on site shop and places to eat, Lidl is a 5 minute drive away, with other supermarkets just a short drive further. Thank you it was exactly as described we couldn’t have asked for more an easy 5 stars.

Beautiful caravan everything you need the owners have made it very homely. Games. Books dvds. Tea coffee sugar etc towels. Good communication with owner too. Thank you

Lovely clean and modern accommodation close to shops and beach

Paul was really easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to help us including navigating Ferries etc. The accommodation itself was really accessible with a nice balcony area and plenty of cooking facilities. We brought our newborn and felt the accommodation was a comfortable environment for him. (Travel cot only) The place was very clean and had everything we expected including laundry facilities. It was close to shops and beach.

Fantastic Holiday Accommodation

The accommodation was amazing and great size for us. Great location. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating quick to respond when we needed help. The Caravan was clean and very well equipped with everything you could need including cleaning supplies, washer dryer, hoover, games and more. We enjoyed our 2 week holiday so much we want to book this again next year.

Booking.com didn't provide clear check in information there was no caravan location info and no lock box code provided but luckily Paul was quick to answer and was happy to help on the phone so we could find and gain access to the property. The carpet smelt a little of dog but to be expected if pets are allowed
