Great location, comfortable and clean with all the ameneties you could need for a comfortable week away.

The caravan was in a quiet location on the park.it had everything we needed. Very clean.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Lower Hyde Caravan very much. When we first entered the accommodation we had the feeling that it was very loved and there had been lots of happy memories made there. It was very prettily decorated, clean and there had obviously been some thought about what was bought. We soon realized the favourite colour of the owner....... As we arrived by train the location was perfect as the train station and Lidl was circa 5 minutes away on foot. We spent most days out walking and enjoyed eating our breakfast on the decking in the hot sun. The caravan did get hot during the day and rapidly cooled down in the evening becoming quite cold which is of course normal for a mobile home/ caravan. There was heating which we didn't use as we tucked up under a blanket and played the games we found in the accommodation. There were two bedrooms, two toilets and shower rooms, a kitchen with a gas stove and hob, and a lounge. The Internet and TV worked well. It was quiet as the caravan is not in the middle of other caravans or near the road and we liked the fact that there was a forest behind the cottage as this gave some privacy and plenty of bird song. We didn't meet Stella, the owner, but had written contact with her when she gave us the lockbox code and directions and we appreciated the fact she wrote to ask if everything was ok during our stay. We would certainly like to return.

Just a few small points which have not influenced us giving a full score of 10. We knew we had to take our own towels but we were a bit surprised there was no soap anywhere, no washing up liquid, no salt etc As we are in the holiday business ourselves we know checkout times vary from between 10.00 and 12.00. We checked out at 10.00 as requested but wonder if 10.30 checkout would be easier for guests as we felt a bit rushed to have breakfast, strip the beds, wash and dry up and leave the accommodation in a clean and respectful state as we always do.

Kitchen has everything, DVD player, parking nearby. Quiet location. Supermarkets on the doorstep. In the evening the kids went off to play football and in the arcade using the onsite facilities. Two bathrooms was great for a family of 5.

The WiFi is poor. The smoke alarm was very sensitive, every fried breakfast set it off even with all Windows open in preparation!

Quiet location, spacious and excellent caravan and facilities.

Can't think of anything to improve on!
