I liked the location and the fact you could park the car outside was great loved the view out of the window it’s very clean and tidy great shower next time we come to st ives we will definitely be looking if it’s available for our dates

The house was in a good location, away from the town but close enough to walk. The outside terrace was nice to sit and have breakfast and take in the view across the bay. The parking space made a big difference as it can be an issue to park in St Ives. The house was clean, a good size, had a coffee machine, drinks fridge and very comfy sofas.
Not really a complaint, but need to let you know: The cooker hood smelled of old cooking oil and definitely needs a clean. A few electric sockets don’t work. One of the bulbs in the lounge needs replacing.

Very clean , comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed to cook, great quiet place, and only a short walk to the harbour!
Only thing that I think the property was lacking was a Coffee table! as the lounge is lovely and large, if you’re having a drink of some sort the only place to put your drink was on a small table in the corner next to one of the sofas Ends , so anyone else has to put their drinks on the floor!
