The property was perfect with parking which is rare for st ives

The bed was a bit uncomfortable maybe a new mattress would help

Very clean, great instructions, very grateful for the fan in the bedroom and the lovely tea, coffee, and biscuits.

Would be good to have a facility for laundry and the shower door was broken, meaning it leaked to the bathroom floor

perfect location, good size, very well equipped, free parking, easy to access, available owner by phone.

1/The sofa is very small. 2/The instructions make you feel like you are being bossed around (do this, don't do that, make sure to empty the bin, wash your pots, put your pots back...). 3/ On the main road, so can be loud at times. 4/The Wifi went off for one night, I informed the owner and they told me to wait till next morning, luckily there was an available EE wifi hotspot that I could purchase for £10 per day (owner did not refund). 5/ Had to push the bed slightly, it was very dirty underneath, maybe never cleaned.

Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities well labelled and easy to use, good little heaters when it got a little colder at night and a great location with parking, perfect! Sam left biscuits, milk and a cleaning pack which was a really nice touch.

Unfortunately it’s on a main road so heavy traffic meant it was very noisy at night-earplugs needed if you are a light sleeper. Bed was a little soft for us but otherwise this is a lovely little place.
