The property is in a great location if you don't have a car - a short walk to the station, to Porthminster Beach, to the harbour and to the local Co-op. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished and feels homely. The kitchen is well equipped and the complimentary treats on arrival were a nice touch.
Clothes hooks in the bathroom and a separate towel rail would be useful as the towels felt damp the following day. Water drained away slowly from the bathroom sink and built up in the basin during use.

Modern, clean, well equipped. Good location overlooking the sea although very steep walk back from the town.
En suite shower was very small and the en-suite door from the bedroom kept sticking making it more difficult to move around the small space.
More cutlery, glasses and crockery would always be helpful.
