Lovely family stay at a modernised cottage in the centre of St Ives

The location was great, the car park was within walking distance and the cottage has been developed to a really high standard. It’s modern, clean and has everything that you need.

My one and only issues with the property was that there are two teeny tiny two seater sofas for six people to sit on. It was a push at four, so we brought in chairs from the garden to watch the TV of an evening.

Was expecting the cottage to be fairly compact but was surprised by how spacious the bedrooms are and with separate living and kitchen area, it was really comfortable for a family. Everything was very clean and modern, with good bedding and towels. Location great.

Very enjoyable

The only fault was the on suite shower, you could not regulate the temperature of the water. You could get very hot or cold, nothing in between. Other than that everything else was lovely, I would have given 10/10 if it was not for the shower.

Great little cottage, well equipped and in a great location, we would definitely return again.
