Central location Easy to walk to anywhere Had everything we need in kitchen to have breakfast.
Beds in rooms need improvement as it was not very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. - Great location in the middle of St Ives, an easy walk to everything including a shop - Wonderful, friendly, and responsive host - Very stylish interior, great choice of decorations and definitely suited the beach vibe - Spacious, fully kitted out, had everything you would need - Very clean, no issues And most surprising of all, despite the central location it was very soundproof. Unless you opened the windows there wasn't much noise at all.

Lucy is super fast at responding Centrally located Clean Nice basic decor Good facilities - pots pans etc to cook with
Mattresses need urgent replacing - really uncomfortable to sleep on all 4 of us struggled to sleep on both nights No parking - and it’s fairly pricey £18 for 24 hours to park in the car park The entrance is very dark and needs some sort of lighting to make getting into the property late at night easier and safer
