About this apartment rental
Little Waves is located minutes away from one of St Ives’ renowned beaches, Porthmeor and a short stroll to the town centre of St Ives. This cosy one-bedroom apartment with off-site garage parking has a small courtyard ideal for evening cocktails making this the perfect base for a romantic getaway.
The open plan living area, with the kitchen and dining area, has a comfortable sofa and wall mounted Smart TV, ready to play all your favourite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment. The dining table and chairs which can be pulled out for ease. The master bedroom has a double bed with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom which is fitted with a shower, wash hand basin and WC.
The courtyard has a table and two chairs, a lovely area to dine al fresco in the warmer months. There is also an outside storage area, ideal for surfboard, push bikes, prams/buggies and beach supplies.

Access Statement – Little Waves is a ground floor apartment. The building is accessed via a series of five small stone steps to the front door. Inside the property, there is a further four steps between the living/kitchen area and bedroom.

Clean, nicely decorated compact flat which had everything we needed. The garage is away from the property and the door is a little tricky to open. But good to have somewhere to park the car. About a 10 minute walk into the centre of St Ives which is beautiful. You can’t avoid the hills though so be prepared! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My Husband and I enjoyed a weeks holiday relaxing in this holiday cottage. It's in a good place as you can walk to all the beaches and local restaurants and shops. Its a little positioned back from the beach front which means the sea gulls did not wake us in the morning. However, it is a bit of a steep incline down to the beach so you also get a view.
