Good place to stay for a short trip in St.Ives

Good value and very quiet area. Some nice freebies as well.

A brilliant holiday

Location was amazing and Carthew court was a lovely place to stay

Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable and main form of seating in living area too low and uncomfortable

Very good

The apartment was clean, well lit, and fully equipped. It's located wiithin a short walk of the town centre and beaches (steep walk back, but that's St Ives). Also a short walk to the south west coastal path. It was useful to have an allocated parking garage. The apartment has a good and spacious shower. There are plenty of places to charge devices. The goodie bag on arrival was a lovely touch.

The apartment was very cold in the evenings, particularly in the main living area. Some throws or similar would've been welcome. Although not the fault of this apartment, as the apartment complex welcomes dogs, some dog owners were obviously not picking up after their pooches, so extra care had to be taken in outside communal spaces.

Exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location!

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious and perfect for us (a couple plus dog). Everything was very well organised, including check in and check out information. The welcome pack was a lovely addition. The apartment was well equipped with everything you may need. Would stay again.

The only trouble we had was with parking. Most of the surrounding area is permitted or double yellows. There is an allocated garage for the apartment, but this would only comfortably fit a small car.

The appartment was pretty much perfect for our purposes and good value in our opinion.

Smart and generally very clean interior. Good location relative to beaches, shops, pubs, restaurants, harbour, and buses. Train station about a mile away. Nice surprise welcome pack.

Some utensils not perfectly clean. Some maintenance required at time of our visit at end of the season. Walk to the appartment from most places is steeply uphill and can be a bit slippery when wet - fine if you're fit and enjoy walking.

Excellent property,good location.

It was self catering,the apartment was modern,clean and had all the facilities,in a quiet location.

Could have done with the names of the nearest doctor and a vet.we only found out towards the end of our stay that there was a nearby large car park where we could have caught a bus into town,as we are both in our 70’s we could not manage some of the steep roads,a bus timetable would have been helpful.

Good location for one end of town. Nice and warm cozy apartment. With all required.

A few things not working. Left notes on feedback form in apartment. Did not affect stay, but would expect to all be good for price paid. Minor easy fixes.

If the kitchen was cleaned, this stay would have been pleasant all the way through.

Lovely location, had everything we needed. Will definitely be back to St.Ives again!

Maybe just a little too small for 4 adults to stay here. Very disappointed that when we went to cook non of the equipment or utensils were clean there was still bits of food on literally everything.
