21 Carthew Court

The holiday home was in a perfect location for the beach and walking into St Ives. The property was very clean with lovely decor and good natural lighting. Lots of appliances are available such as a full size oven, hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. We really felt home from home. A nice touch was the Welcome Pack on arrival and the Information Pack. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to have a goodnight sleep to feel refreshed the next day. The bathroom was nice and clean on arrival with plenty of towels provided. Overall - we would definitely recommend to others considering this property.

The only minor issue we had on arrival was the hot water being excessively hot. This was an issue when trying to shower because it was impossible to lower the temperature of the water even on maximum cold setting. The hot water was fed from a water cylinder tank. Eventually the water temperature cooled after using the hot water and being replenished with cold water, over a couple of days.

Good value and very quiet area. Some nice freebies as well.

A bit of walk uphill but we expected it as per review anyway.

Location was amazing and Carthew court was a lovely place to stay

Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable and main form of seating in living area too low and uncomfortable
