Convenient location. All amenities needed for my short 1 night stay.
Comfortable bed.
Make sure you read the instructions on the kitchen wall, as I didn't realise the fridge needed to be turned on until I went to get my milk out in the morning.
Otherwise, a pleasant stop off in St Ives.
For someone staying longer wishing to cook, maybe a good saucepan. Only 2 frying pans found.

The property location in the centre of St Ives is really good,
The lack of parking lets it down. There are pay and display car parks quite close to the property (the closest is quite expensive) but with St Ives being so busy you’ll be lucky to find a spot. We ended up hiving yo park at the train station
The stairs in the property are very narrow and quite tricky to climb. Good luck climbing them with a suitcase in hand, we left our luggage downstairs, and lived out of our suitcase. Because of this, it did make the space downstairs less usable.
The surf pad is more suited to a 1/2 night, and travel light
