Great location, amazing price, clean, well looked after, lots of windows to allow for fresh air, nice balcony. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Everything is in walking distance, even neighbouring beaches.

Slightly sloped ceilings and due to height was a bit “tight” in headroom but not too much of an issue.

The property was very clean, modern and well equipped. It looked like brand new. We arrived at St. Ives in the morning but the check in was after 15.00. After talking to the host, we were able to leave our luggage and the room was ready after 12.00. It is a converted stable or garage and therefore it is a separate building. It is situated on a hill close to one of the beaches and the centre of St. Ives. There is also a small store nearby. We enjoyed our stay a lot and definitely would come back again.

The bathroom and bedroom are small. In my opinion, Coachhouse is best for couples with no mobility issues. If one sleeps on the bed near the window it is difficult to go to the toilet at night. The next door neighbours can hear everything what one does in the bathroom when the window is open....especially when they are outside in the garden.... There aren't any shelves nor wardrobes for clothes. We stayed in St. Ives for six nights and we had to keep our clothes in suitcases on the floor in the living room. There are some hangers in the bedroom in front of beds but it is not enough.

Central location to all St Ives has to offer, comfortable and affordable accommodation with everything you need for a superb stay, very friendly owners who were on hand if needed.

It’s a lovely apartment, compact but very modern, clean and cosy. Everything works perfectly, with a good choice of tv channels, which is great after a day out. The location was good with a small village shop opposite and a cafe next door but one. The owners were in communication well with us and helpful of things to do on a rainy day.
