Experience the authentic charm of Foligno by staying in this lovely little house in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the Cathedral and main attractions. Located on the second floor of a historic building, Casa di Lucy offers breathtaking views over the city rooftops—perfect for moments of pure relaxation and magic.
• LIVING AREA 🍽️
Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 5 people, a cozy sofa bed, and a 32” Smart TV with access to all streaming platforms. The smart air conditioner, available in the living area, ensures cool comfort during the summer months.
• SLEEPING AREA 🛏️
The bright and comfortable bedroom features a double bed and a single pull-out bed that can be converted into a second double bed if needed. A spacious wardrobe, a desk ideal for smartworking, and toys for children complete the space. A portable fan helps keep the room pleasant in the summer.
• BATHROOM 🚿
Modern bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine available for guests. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
• THE SMALL PATIO 🌿
At the entrance, a charming patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the stunning view over the historic center rooftops—a perfect spot to relax at sunset and in the evening under the stars.

Location is ideal in Foligno…lovely, centrally located town in Umbria…within walking steps of history and great food! Highly recommend!
