Very beautiful stay at a traditional and picturesque setting, only 5’ drive from Spello.

The only thing we would have liked to have is Wi-Fi at the accommodation.

Excellent relaxing 2 week holiday

The swimming pool is exceptional - designed by your host, Giulio, who is very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed walking into town and didn't need a car.

Could hear other guests, particularly from room above. One rose early and left at around 5.30am on some days. Some equipment needing repair or replacement - eg kettle and hob ignition switch. Although listing does mention it's cash only Booking.com payment options do show credit card option. Note that it is cash only or bank transfer. No leaflets or instructions in the room.

relaxing time in Italian country side - life does not get any better than this

This property is really nice and spacious. It has big garden with swimming pool with direct view of magnificent town of Spello . You won’t get any better view than this . Highly recommend this if you want to have relaxed vacation and real experience of Italian country side - far away from rushed City life

It’s ideally located to visit areas within Umbria. Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto and Perugia are all close by. The property is very well maintained and its Owners are always there to help their guests.

We couldn’t give it more than a 10 unfortunately

We loved everything about our stay. We were welcomed by Giulio at arrival and he and Kata were so kind and helpful. The appartement itself was amazing. Really spacious and well facilitated. The location of the podere is great. The cities Spello and Foligno are within a reach. The view from the pool in the garden is amazing. We loved the visits and kisses from Gusti 🐶. Kata and Guilio are great hosts, they are really easy to reach and they gave us some amazing recommendations regarding where to eat or what to visit. We would recommend the podere to everyone!

Een aangenaam, rustig verblijf, centraal gelegen om het mooie Umbrië te bezoeken.

Het verblijf is heel rustig gelegen, op maar een paar minuten rijden van Spello. Sympathieke, behulpzame en gemakkelijk te bereiken eigenaar. Stond ons op te wachten bij aankomst, en droeg zelfs onze bagage naar boven. We kregen een rondleiding, en uitleg over alles wat je moet weten over de accommodatie. Goede tips gekregen voor eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Siamo tornati da qualche giorno da questa splendida struttura dove torneremo senz'altro perché è stata una bellissima esperienza. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, ordine e pulizia sia nell'appartamento (grande e davvero molto bello) che negli spazi esterni. Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari. Davvero molto consigliato.

Piękne miejsce w świetnej lokalizacji na rodzinne wakacje.

Miejsce jest przepiękne, bardzo zadbane. Apartamenty znajdują się w starym wyremontowanym budynku. Tuż obok jest świetnie utrzymany basen z fantastycznym widokiem na okalające dolinę góry oraz miasteczko - Spello. Na posesji znajdują się rozłożyste drzewa które dają mnóstwo cienia w upalne dni. Można pod nimi ustawić stoły lub wypoczywać. Właściciele, Gulio oraz jego mama są bardzo pozytywnymi osobami, uśmiechniętymi i bardzo pomocnymi. Kolejnym plusem jest lokalizacja. Spędziliśmyvtam dwa tygodnie, a każdego dnia było coś do zwiedzania o oglądania. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce:)!

Bardzo czysty i pięknie urządzony apartament. Świetnie wyposażony. Super basen z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i baza do zwiedzania najpiękniejszych miast Umbrii. Cisza i spokój, poza miastem a zarazem blisko do sklepu i pięknego Spello. Właściciel Giulio bardzo uprzejmy, miły i pomocny. Teren obiektu bardzo zadbany. W ogrodzie można skorzystać z kameralnej lekcji yogi.
