The location just inside the Cite was amazing - but it was a fairly noisy area with shops below and nearby restaurants setting up/closing. There's a decent lounge area, kitchen with all facilities and dining table. The bathroom was a great size and the shower very good and enjoyable. The bed is a good size and comfortable. There's no curtains - but shutters and they work well at keeping out the light.
I haven't passed these to the owners, so may hopefully be fixed in due course...front door can be tricky to lock, the inner security lock doesn't work, and the 2 bedside sockets didn't work. The wifi in the bedroom wasn't great (too far from hub by front door). For the summer months I would be concerned that the aircon in the lounge area would have limited effect on the bedrooms - maybe a fan a the bottom of the stairs would be needed?

The hostess was exceptional. There was a problem when we arrived for the check-in but she was very proactive and managed to find an alternative solution to the problem. I would highly recommend this person's facilities to anyone else. Apparently booking.com did not realize the apartment wasn't quite ready and authorized the booking before the owner was ready.
Booking.com needs to coordinate better with the owners of the facilities. The owner of the facility where we were supposed to stay was fantastic and very accommodating. Booking.com needs to give her a hundred Stars.

Location
The bed sheets were the equivalent of sleeping on a Brillo pad.
Communication was bad. Received check in instructions day of and since we were tracing we didn’t have access to our email. Then we had to convince owner to give us WiFi password. Lock on door needs to be replaced!! Shower door has a five inch gap!!!
