About this house rental
This 86 m² townhouse combines the old with modern comfort. Ideally located at the foot of the medieval city, in one of the oldest districts of the city "La Barbacane". You will appreciate its private parking space which will allow you to walk around without worrying about parking! You can reach our famous city, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, in just 3 minutes on foot.
Crossing the old bridge, in front of the house, will allow you to access the city center in a few minutes.
Want a little digestive walk? You will only have to cross the street to access the park and the banks of the Aude located in front of the house.
Description of the accommodation:
On the first floor, you will find:
- 1 large living room with fitted kitchen.
Will be provided: 2 dish towels, paper towels, tissues, 1 dishwasher capsule per day.
Some condiments are at your disposal to 'help out'
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower.
- 1 separate toilet. (1 roll of toilet paper provided per day. )
- a small garage with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. You can easily store your bikes or a two-wheeler there.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90.
All beds are equipped with duvet and bed linen. 1 cushion per person.
- 1 spacious bathroom with bath and toilet
Towels are provided, one per person.
The entire house overlooks the street. Secure key box for self-check-in.
