About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Carcassonne. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a 70 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 70 m² living area with a sitting area, TV and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two shower rooms with walk-in showers
- Two separate toilets
Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed
- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 5 x 10m, open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 1,500 m² enclosed garden
The house is ideally situated in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant setting. Nearby, you’ll find a football pitch, a pétanque court and outdoor games.
Activities:
- A lake 100 m from the house, ideal for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, walking, cycling and running.
- Golf course 10 minutes away.
- Sightseeing: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Lastours Castle, the Limousis Caves, the Gouffre de Cabrespine, Fontfroide Abbey…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions
- An inflatable single mattress is available in the accommodation
- Fully air-conditioned accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
