About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, fully air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Carcassonne. It has a surface area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 70 m² living room with a lounge area, TV, and dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with walk-in showers
- Two separate toilets
Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, barbecue, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unheated 5x10m swimming pool open from May 1 to September 30
- A 20m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 1,500m² enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy a soccer field, pétanque, and outdoor games.
Activities:
- Lake 100 m from the house, ideal for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, walking, cycling, and running.
- Golf course 10 minutes away.
- Tourist attractions: Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, Lastours Castles, Limousis Caves, Cabrespine Chasm, Fontfroide Abbey...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet is allowed per stay
