Formerly a vineyard, it is located in the center of the village of Villalbe, 5 km from the center of Carcassonne.

Accommodations
The entryway on the first floor allows you to get settled (bench, coat rack, etc.) before entering the living area.
Each room has air conditioning.
The living room is spacious, with 8-meter-high ceilings.
It is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, two armchairs, a foosball table, and a TV on a cabinet filled with board games.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need (induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, SodaStream (gas cylinder at your own expense), dishes, sponge, dish soap, and dish towels.
- 1st bedroom: master suite featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), nightstands, a dresser, a vanity with sink, and a shower.
- Separate toilet.
- The second bedroom is located on the mezzanine and features a double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe with shelves, a vanity sink, and a shower. This room has a fixed window overlooking the mezzanine.
- The third bedroom has two bunk beds that can accommodate four people and features its own walk-in shower.
- A second restroom is located upstairs on the mezzanine.

In the garden, there is a large private terrace with patio furniture and a table for outdoor dining. The pool, sun loungers, a hammock, and a trampoline...

You can park 2 vehicles in the parking spaces on the property.
