Great location, convenient for castle and shops and restaurants

Small but perfect for small family

La posizione è sicuramente la caratteristica migliore di questa struttura, comodissima, a due passi dall’ingresso laterale della cittadella medioevale e a 1 minuto a piedi dalla via principale con locali e negozi. La via è tranquilla anche la notte e nelle immediate traverse si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito. A pochi passi ci sono anche una bulangerie per la colazione e un piccolo market. La casa non è enorme ma accogliente, siamo stati comodamente in 4 per una notte ma avremmo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente anche una settimana senza mai intralciarci. La cucina ha il necessario per preparare i pasti, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani profumavano di pulito. La comunicazione è sempre stata ottima, il Wi-Fi funzionava benissimo. Da tornarci.

Essendo piano terra con affaccio sulla strada diretto bisogna sempre tenere le tende tirate per avere privacy ma non è stato un problema.

Wifi was non-existent in both bedrooms and only rarely available in the main living area. The toilet did not flush consistently well. The kitchen tap water only gave lukewarm water, never hot. Three of us tried and were unable to open the sofabed and when I tried to send a message to the property managers to ask for instructions (perhaps European design is different from North American?), the message was returned, so we never did figure out how to open the sofabed and one of us had to sleep on the floor. Finally, on arrival we found a used coffee filter in the coffee maker, which told us that the property hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been. None of these are fatal issues, but they added up to a so-so experience that could have been much better. Oh - one more thing. The remote controls for the tv didn't turn the tv on, yet the power was on, so...? We gave up. Suggestions? Fix the wifi, turn up the heat for the water in the kitchen, and finally, don't assume that everything is intuitive; it isn't. A good instruction manual for the sofabed (we're still baffled) and for the tv would be helpful.
