About this house rental
Renovated air conditionned old house,ideally located at the foot of the Cité de Carcassonne. Perfect for hosting a large family or couples of friends, since there are 4 very spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the beautiful days while sipping a drink in the landscaped courtyard and not overlooked. The Cité is 2 steps from the house, the banks of the Aude nearby and the city center 10 minutes on foot. Small shops, bars, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, 200 meters on foot.

Leave the car, you can do everything on foot: the Cité, the lower town, and a short walk on the old bridge then the banks of the Aude
Classified 3 stars furnished with tourism, the house is on the ground floor + 2, with on the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen, the air-conditioned living room, a toilet; the laundry room, the yard. On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms (one of around 22 m², the other of around 14 m²), an italian shower and a toilet. On the top floor a very large bedroom of 22 m² from where you can see the Cité, another bedroom of 14 m² overlooking the courtyard, and a shower room. 3 bedrooms are air conditionned.
Sleeps: up to 8 people (including babies)
You have access to the entire place.
At only 8 km from Carcassonne's airport, and 10 minutes from Highway exit.

The house is completely non-smoking. Animals and parties are not allowed. For safety reasons no barbecues or griddles allowed in the yard
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is not included.
For travelers with children, there is 1 travel cot and its mattress available free of charge. You just need to bring the baby cot sheets, which we do not provide
We also have a high chair and a booster seat.
For information for people who cycle the Canal du Midi, there are bick racks on the sidewalk next to the house for locking yours bikes.
You will be welcomed to a clean cottage, so it is up to you to do the necessary cleaning to return it in the same condition, regardless of the length of your stay (clean and put-away dishes, cleaned surfaces, emptied bins, clean floors).
The cleaning products are at your disposal.
You will find the essentials such as shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bag, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee...this time to take your cues.
There are 2 grocery stores at 2 minutes walk.
