About this house rental
Ideally located between La Bastide and its shops and the medieval town, Le Jardin de Pierrette is a bright and comfortable home, nestled in a bucolic, quiet, and lush setting just a 5-minute walk from Place Carnot. Its view of the old town, its flower-filled, shaded garden, and its sunny terrace invite you to relax, read, contemplate, and daydream. The house overlooks the lovely banks of the Aude River, where you can take a stroll. The water park and its many sports activities are just 300 meters away.
The house, which faces primarily south, opens generously onto the garden.
The living room opens onto the dining area, and the kitchen opens onto the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy peaceful meals both in the morning and in the evening. The living areas are on the first floor. Upstairs are the bathroom, the shower room, and the three bedrooms. Each bedroom opens via a French door onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the city and overlooks the garden.
The house is tastefully furnished and decorated and offers all the comforts of modern living (fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, fiber-optic Wi-Fi).
A private garage provides a secure place to park your vehicle.

A beatiful home with a tree filled garden. It worked very well for my wife and I and was excellent when my daughter and her family stayed with us. It was a joy to watch the autumn changes in the trees. The house was warm, comfortable and very well equipped.The host welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful and easy to contact. We would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very comfortable and as described. We were in a good location for the town centre and a short walk to the medieval city. It was a pleasure to visit. You may need to bring insect repellant as there were lots of mosquitos when we were here.

What can we say...the property is excellent, tastefully furnished and comfortable (air-conditioning is a big plus!). The location is ideal. The city has easy access as as does the castle. The host (Sylvie) makes it a wonderful, friendly and overall excellent experience. Bravo!! We will see you again.
