Casa Yare, shared pool, air-con, fast wifi

A lot of thought has gone into making Casa Yare a proper home from home. From the very comfortable beds and the comfortable and high quality decor to an exceptionally well equipped kitchen.

The facilities, washing machine, every cooking item you'd need, not that I cook 🙄. Great shower, bathroom facilities. Peaceful surroundings and great communication from the owner. Good views across the rooftops to the sea Very quiet, well mannered, polite neighbours Large TV in the lounge area, I could get Netflix and youtube but little else, but we only watched tv for a short while whilst getting ready. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent, too cold unless controlled The Spar and Lidl were about 600m away We were lucky, and very grateful that Yare accomodated us for a little longer as we had a late flight

2.5/3km from the centre of Costa Teguise which wasn't much of a problem as we caught the bus, maybe 600 metre walk, and then hired a car for the rest of the week to travel around. The stairs up may be awkward for elderly people or disabled Even though the pool was lovely, about 100m from the apartment, there were 2 independent resident individuals who were blowing their noses in the pool and outside of the pool on the floor with no-one around, or signage to correct them That's not the fault of Casa Yare and you could get that anywhere, in any hotel/apartment but it spoiled the ambience. The bar isn't on site near the pool (It's not far from the complex called El Palmeral which is open from 7am-5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday until 3pm and not open on Sundays) which, even though it's not far, we thought may be closer but as it is a mainly residencial area I suppose would've been unusual

This is a great apartment in a nice quiet area, there's everything you need and really is a home away from home. The host was a fantastic help and kept in touch to make sure we'd got in the apartment ok.
