Villa Bella Lanzarote

we were advised to send passports over before arrival when we checked in it was very smooth and it was after midnight when we arrived this was a good tip the staff were very helpful the villa was brilliant very spacious well equipped the pool was a great size there was a large bowl of fruit on the table and wine we were invited to the hotel for dinner where we had a lovely buffet for 9 of us there was activities in the hotel we could use when our transfer got confused about our pick up the hotel called us and redirected the taxi to the villa that customer service at its best

i just cant find anything that could enhance our experience everything was way beyond expectations

Het is een prachtig, ruim huis. Je hebt er veel privacy. Op loopafstand (5 tot 10 minuten) zijn er winkels en restaurants. Naar het echte centrum van Costa Teguise is het wel een klein half uur lopen.

De bedden zijn vrij hard. En het huis is wat gedateerd, verwacht geen nieuwe meubels. Jammer was ook dat we geen bericht hadden ontvangen dat we de sleutels moesten ophalen bij een hotel in de buurt. Door de receptie is dat wel netjes opgelost, we kregen een gratis diner aangeboden.

Location, size and facilities. Staff are excellent.

Pool too cold to use, decor now showing signs of being a little tired.

Great size Villa nice quiet location

Just handed the keys and gave approx directions then had to pull our luggage to the villa and have a look around ourselves . No real handover other than a number for whats app. Pool was very dirty and took 5 days to get it cleaned was not cleaned prior to arrival. Very hard to get a response from the hotel with issues
