Evergreen Saltwater Pool Villa by Bayside

From the moment we arrived to an absolutely pristine property - with such an easy arrival process - we knew we were going to have a great time at the property. The rooms were presented well, and had all the amenities and space you could ever need. The outdoor area was a hit with the kids - who spent most of the time in the pool. Whilst Lanzarote can be quite windy, the surrounding walls kept this down to a light breeze, and the constant sunlight every day meant you could get a lot of usage from the garden. Nacho the tortoise was a bonus, the kids loved him, and took the job of looking after him very seriously.

Property was in a great location. It was really spacious and comfortable. It had a great bathrooms and bedrooms , it catered well for our nine month old son with a cot and a highchair. The kitchen had everything you need, a nice barbecue area outside. There was plenty of areas to sit in both the sun and shade, we loved nacho the tortoise. The property was a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the beach and 20 minute to the town, there is a good supermarket and patisserie five minutes away.

The pool was cold. We travelled in April. But it didn’t stop us going in and was fine when we were in it.

For 7 people living room seating was limited Villa was expensive - A welcome basket would’ve been nice on arrival

Location was great outside area was great little touches with shampoo conditioner etc where great nacho was a good addition not a lot of food was provided so had to buy some every other day

The whole villa needs updating very tired and dirty not sure it was due to us asking for an early check in which we paid extra for that the cleaning didn’t get done to a high standard , long black hairs from what must have been the previous guests all over the floor in bedroom little black bugs in the double bedroom infestation as they where all over my daughters clothes We hired a car but couldn’t get onto the drive due to people blocking the driveway so maybe need to address this with residents as every other villa the driveways where never blocked
