המיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה של 10 דקות ממרכז העיר ומתחנת האוטובוס. זה היה מאוד נוח. החדר מאוד חדיש, גדול ונוח. הכניסה נוחה על ידי קוד שמתקבל על ידי הצוות. מאוד נוח לשימוש.

היה קצת קשה למצוא את המיקום. הדירה ממוקמת בבנין מגורים רגיל ואין פרסום בולט בכניסה לבניין. בכריות היה מעט ריח של זיעה.

Very clean and well maintains, short walk to the train station. The host was friendly and helpful, letting us leave our bags early as we were going straight to a day trip to Taormina.

The economy room has a foldout bed from the wall and it’s hideously uncomfortable. That room is not shown in any of the images…for a reason. There was barely enough room to walk around it to get to the bathrooms and my husband had to scoot sideways and duck under the TV to go round. We booked last minute and failed to look at the photos on the room we selected. There were none of this room, probably for a reason. The room is also connected to an odd open room with a big fridge and a window with no curtain.

I was late for check in due to traffic and the landlord waited for me even exceed the check in hours. Breakfast was not included but free coffee and snacks were offered for free. The coffee was excellent!

I reserved the facility with filter 24 hours receptionist, but it turns out it's not. The landlord promised and was on call though. During the 3 days of our stay, we didn't get any chance to meet the landlord in person, so we failed to get any help on practical problems (like how to read the parking sign, how to pay the parking fine due to wrong parking, etc.), not to mention to receive any general information about the city from him, which usually the landlord would be happy to share. We tried to call but for the landlord, it's difficult to understand those questions in English via phone - so basically, no information, no help, only rooms. Another thing is cleanness. Until we come back to the room the 2nd day, we got to know that the clean lady was not coming every day. So we have to use the dirty towel for the previous day (we were given only 1 set of towers). If that's the way, it should be put clearly on the hotel information, and should reminder the guest when they check in. Also the bathroom is not very clean. The clean lady came the 3rd day, change the tower, but didn't replenish the toilet paper.
