Location is great, very close to the center, street parking available, communication with the host very easy and clear, (self) check in/out flexible. Quiet place and very nice view to Etna and over the city. AC is needed for sure in summer since it's top floor

4th floor and no elevator didn't bother me but can be challenging for some folks. Bathroom sink seemed to be clogged sometimes

The moment our booking was processed, Fabio from Storico17 texted me and gave clear instructions on how to get to the place, check-in and all other useful info. The place is great, spacious and our room had a view of Etna, the sea and the city. The location is great, just 10 minutes from city center, a few minutes from the bus stop. Fabio and the rest of the staff were very nice, and most helpful. I recommend this place.

The only drawback is that it’s located on the third floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator so if you have lot of luggage be prepared to carry it up the stairs. :)

The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and bus stops with routes to different parts of the city and surrounding areas. What I liked most was that the room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The coffee machine was a nice touch, with enough coffee supplies for several cups during our stay. There was also a small fridge, which was very useful for keeping drinks and water cold, especially during the hot weather. The air conditioning worked well and was greatly appreciated after spending time outside in the heat. Overall, the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The main downside was the surrounding area, which felt quite dirty compared to other parts of the city. I found the digital check-in process more complicated than expected. The requirement to upload multiple photos and complete identity verification took additional time before arrival. Accessing the building also required setting up an extra application to operate the entrance locker, which added another step to the process. Overall, the digital setup felt unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, especially after a long journey.

The location was fantastic, great view and close to the station and the city centre.

There were 3 or 4 flights of very narrow stairs and no lift. The apartment had very thin walls and we could hear other guests come in with their luggage at 2 am. The room didn’t feel clean, in the bathroom in particular, but also around the bed area. The towels and sheets were clean. Can’t say much about the service as we never met anyone to check us in or out. Virtual check in was smooth, but there was a lot of information and things to do in various apps and uploading documents that felt a little much during our travels. Some of the pictures in the ad look like AI and do not match reality.
