The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center and public transport. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided clear instructions before our arrival. We also appreciated the breakfast voucher and the thoughtful welcome gift.
Nothing significant. The only minor inconvenience was that the elevator was quite small, but it wasn’t a major problem.

Excellent Stay
The location was excellent, just an 8-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore while staying in a quieter area.
The property is very clean, modern, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as expected, and I had a very comfortable stay.
Communication with the staff was fast and efficient. They responded quickly to my questions and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
My only criticism is the check-in instructions. They were sent through WhatsApp as several long paragraphs, which were unnecessarily detailed. After arriving with luggage, in the summer heat, the last thing I wanted was to spend time reading a long message just to figure out how to get inside.

Good room, tastefully put together and themed for the area. Small shared kitchen area with basic facilities. Seaview was somewhat obscured by buildings, with a small balcony
The accommodation is easy walking to train and Centro.
Too many messages from hosts in capital letters with rules & requests.
Breakfast at Pellegrino Bar was served by an impatient barista which made for a tense start to the day!
