Maison Thérèse by Panorama Locations - SPA privatif

Great location. Apartment was clean and generally ok.

Limited to no contact with host (upon arrival and departure). Customer service could be improved! For instance, it would have been better to get the apartment codes at least 3-4h before our arrival as opposed to having to ask for it.

Location was excellent. Comfy bed, well equipped apartment.

Only recommendation the hot tub was cold (28 degrees) when we checked in and took several hours to heat up. Couldn’t use it til the following morning. Would be nice if it was ready to use on check in.

Great location and nice size.

Communication to us for entry was very poor in fact non existent until the check in time when we arrived. This despite requesting information a few days before. Had no reply at all to us directly or Booking. Com. Understand reasons for withholding key numbers but should have advised us of this. We didn’t know whether we would be able to get in until the minute we arrived in the very hot weather. Also, no basic supplies of milk and water available and only 2 wine glasses (odd sizes) and no tea towel or dishcloth. Outside table was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

Washing machine and soap. Small kitchen. Hot tub. Spacious room. WiFi.

Mold in the coffee machine grinds, hair in trash from prior guests, unwashed dishes in dishwasher when we showed up, not enough towels for two people to use the hot tub and the shower the same day, poor communication with unlock code for property - promised to deliver the info in advance but we arrived exactly at the check in time and it took them about 25 minutes to respond with the check in info. Unclear on booking.com that apartment C does not include parking. All stay info inside is in French and written on the wall - a welcome binder could be nicer.
