Perfect location to walk the Cité streets and nice interior. We enjoyed our short stay.

La caméra qui pointe sur la terrasse et le jacuzzi : à retirer tout simplement c’est totalement illégal, atteinte à la vie privée des personnes évidente. Un savon pour laver la vaisselle et se laver les mains seraient bienvenues.

Right next to the medieval city with easy access. The logement was very nice and clean. We were able to do the check-in before check-in time.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the shower head was broken. Although the logement itself was very clean, there were dead flies and hair in the hot tub before we even used it. Outside areas for all the lodgements are connected so everyone can access other guests terraces/hot tubes. In fact, we found other guests in our terrace about to use our hot tub (they apologised and left when they realised we were there). Isolation of the bedroom was very poor. We could clearly hear the guests in the logement next singing or having showers after 2 am. I cannot comment on the host because we never met them and the only interaction we had was via message to get check-in information. However, we never contacted them either regarding any issue since we stayed for only 2 nights.

Washing machine and soap. Small kitchen. Hot tub. Spacious room. WiFi.

Mold in the coffee machine grinds, hair in trash from prior guests, unwashed dishes in dishwasher when we showed up, not enough towels for two people to use the hot tub and the shower the same day, poor communication with unlock code for property - promised to deliver the info in advance but we arrived exactly at the check in time and it took them about 25 minutes to respond with the check in info. Unclear on booking.com that apartment C does not include parking. All stay info inside is in French and written on the wall - a welcome binder could be nicer.
