Proximity to medieval city, beautiful and comfortable accommodation, beautiful view of medieval city, air conditioners and appliances are top of the line. Linens and towels are good quality, sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. Clear and easy to follow instructions.

WiFi signal was somewhat weak and unavailable on top floor. Location is not good for cars (but cars are not needed once there), expect to pay €16-28 for uber to train station or airport

La ubicación es maravillosa. Y acompaña los colchones, la limpieza, los utensilios,... Las duchas muy cómodas y bonitas, y todas con jabón, ducha y crema. Y desayunar viendo las murallas es espectacular.

No hay parking pero se puede aparcar por los alrededores fácilmente por lo que no le ponemos ninguna queja.

This place was phenomenal. Absolutely gorgeous. Super clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with coffee, cleaning supplies and paper towels, plenty of toilet paper and the view was amazing. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you as it is on 3 levels. We did get a workout going up and down the stairs, but would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Carcassonne again. The staff could not have been nicer. My son accidentally left his passport and they called as soon as it was discovered.

The only downside, and it’s not the property’s fault, was the lack of taxis available.
