Spacious and well furnished Living room. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable well thought out bedrooms. The feeling of cleanliness and newness. The modern taste of the whole place. The location was great for the centre of Ludlow. Two car parking spaces.

After booking through Booking .com, to be contacted by the owner requiring either a £500 returnable deposit against damage plus a £10 non-returnable transaction fee or a £40 non-returnable waiver fee against damage. Most alarming of all was that all of this had to be transacted through a third party agent of the host's. Was this a scam?

Gorgeous flat, comfortable & cosy. Great decor & location. Free parking. Check-in and check-out times need amen

Great location, beautiful decor, high quality furnishings & crockery. Comfortable beds, huge shower. Toiletries & tea/coffee were a nice touch. Bonus to have 2 parking spaces.

Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am). As requested we put the bins out, washed up, left everything tidy so I’m not sure why a 6 hour turn around is required. The cleaner was there dead on 10am as we were packing our cars. It is more usual to be able to check in at 2pm & check out at 11am.

Exceptional

The sofas and beds were very comfortable, and the property was decorated and equipped to a high standard. The location is close to the centre of the beautiful, historic town of Ludlow.

Although not overlooked from the rear, a blind on the kitchen window would improve privacy when anyone accesses the apartment above. Other than that, everything was exceptionally good.
