Accurate and helpful check-in information provided in plenty of time. A comprehensive visitor welcome pack, and tea, coffee and fresh milk provided. Secure bike storage available in the garden shed, the garden being easily accessed and not visible from the streets. 3 keys for access very helpful for a larger group. Clean and tidy throughout and everything worked properly. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. About 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, with a couple of pubs closer than that. Plenty of seating and tables in the garden.
No dishwasher. It was fine weather so we could eat outside..it would have been a bit cramped for 5 of us to eat inside.

It was clean and tidy.
The bed was very uncomfortable and well passed its sell by date. Pillows were uncomfortable need renewing!
