Un apartament curat, foarte accesibil. Un mare plus - locul de parcare. Utilitati - ok. Pentru un sejur scurt, ori pentru tranzit, recomand cu caldura inchirierea apartamentului. Mijloace de transport foarte aproape.
Constructia blocului. Nu exista intimitate. Cartierul il consider cam "ciudar" daca esti doritor de plimbari tarzii (dar poate foarte bine sa fie o parere eronata, nu am avut timpul necesar de a fi obiectiv total). In aceasta perioada am avut "neplacerea" de a fi vecin cu un santier chiar in curtea blocului (cred), daca nu o fi la vecini.

Szybki samodzielny check in. Bardzo dobre połączenie z centrum autobusem i tramwajem albo metrem. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym to jest bardzo duży atut tego miejsca. Nowy budynek z ostatnich lat. Czysta pościel.
Poduszki z sofy były lekko brudne. Lokalizacja balkonów i okien jest lekko krępująca. Są bardzo blisko więc chcąc utrzymać minimum prywatności zasłony muszą być calkowicie zasłonięte. Przydałaby się klimatyzacja bo ciężko jest w lecie przewietrzyć mieszkanie i mikrofalówka żeby szybko odgrzać posiłek.

Es fehlten Garderobenhaken. Nicht tragisch, aber wäre praktisch.
