Too many steps to climb from the town to the property with heavy luggage. Bathroom very small. Expensive.

What a very lovely find ! And Vista Del Mar it has. The outdoor breakfast/sitting area is charming and has a view across the town of Piran onto the sea where you can watch the boats and activities, The rooms are fresh and clean with open style shelves and hanging space.. A lovely small private balcony area is a nice space to sit as well. The breakfast is generous and even freshly made eggs as you like on offer! Natasha is a lovely and hospitable host - with local tips. An added bonus is parking on site in a town where parking is tricky! We could comfortably walk to the town square in under 10 minutes (if you don’t get distracted by the views, historic walls or laneways)

Beautiful location with seaview in Piran. The rooms are nice, equipped with quit air conditioning and comes with free parking. Beach and restaurants are a nice walk. The host is very friendly and helpful- gave us very good restaurant recommendations.

You will go there for the amazing view from the terrace where a daily breakfast prepared with care is served. You will enjoy the peacefulness of the place although only located 10 minutes - rather steep 😉 - walking distance from Piran center. And you will definitely be charmed by Natasha the owner of the place, a wonderful hostess who will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Beautiful location, excellent view to the town and the sea.

Absolutely beautifully situated overlooking the Adriatic Sea and Piran, a quaint Venetian town on the Slovenian coast. You can do plenty from this location, including walking into town and several other towns within 45 minutes along a beautiful coastal path. The accommodations are really comfortable and cozy. Very clean with AC. The breakfast is lovely and the host and owner Natasha really made our visit special. Parking is free on the grounds, there is beautiful outdoor veranda for breakfast and lounging, as well as a very nice sun tanning grassy area nestled in a garden for relaxing. We were able to get some solid beach time and town exploring in three days we were there. There are plenty of restaurants and amazing seafood. We will definitely return!

As, by the time of my booking there was only one review/rating and no people to be seen on the breakfast porch pictures, I was a bit skeptical BUT "VISTA DEL MAR" clearly exceeded all my expectations!!!! From the very helpful & likeable Slovenian owner who speaks English like a native-speaker, to the spectacular view you have from the breakfast patio/terrace which is candle-light illuminated at night, to the excellent breakfast buffet, the little patio/porch which was part of our room overlooking again Piran & the Adriatic sea, high quality mattresses, another little relax patio including a hammock with sea view, no real neighbors to be seen or heard, lots of green around the house, a small road close by with hardly any car traffic ... Besides, this "accomodation-jewel" of Piran offers to tranquility searching tourists (still not too well known yet because it just started business this June of 2023!), is EXTREMELY easy to reach by car. AND you can also PARK the car on the premise of the place and NOT in one of the two big car-park building which many visitors to Piran have to do! No, I´m not at all related to the owner (one might guess from this kind of review) but it´s definitely one of the best places I´ve ever stayed in my life as a traveler ...

As I´m assuming that this place will soon turn into one of THE top places to stay in Piran, (resulting in always being booked out), it won´t be as easy anymore for me to make reservations for VISTA DEL MAR at short notice (I live only 200km away)....

THE place to stay in Piran. Cosy, quite and relaxing location embeddded in a mediteranian environment with a breathtakingg view on the city and the Adriatic Sea. A romantic walk of 10 minutes down to the city Center. An engaged and lovable host offering valuable touristic information and a phantastic breakfast with local products. Natasha, many thanks for this memorable experience.

wonderful location, just 10 minute walk into the old town with lots of restaurants. 5 minute walk from old city walls. 10/15 minute walk to the main beach. One of the only properties we found in Piran with onsite parking. The views from the property are beautiful, it’s wonderful to sit out for breakfast and enjoy the sea views. Breakfast is great, lots of food. Wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed and spacious room. We absolutely loved our stay here! so glad we found this place!!

Finom és bőséges volt a reggeli, a szállásadó rendkívül figyelmes és barátságos volt. Emellett a szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó és gyönyörű kilátással rendelkezik.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie, hoog op de berg met een adembenemend uitzicht over de zee. Ondanks de rustige ligging sta je na een korte wandeling al in het hart van Piran of aan het strand – ideaal! De B&B heeft een eigen parking, wat zeker een pluspunt is in deze regio. Onze kamer voor drie personen was ruim en comfortabel – perfect voor ons tweeën – en had een gezellig terrasje waar je heerlijk kan ontspannen. Elke ochtend genoten we van een heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt met zicht op zee – een fantastische manier om de dag te beginnen. De gastvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk en attent. Ze had zelfs een kleine verrassing voorzien voor onze 25e huwelijksverjaardag, wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, comfort en een warme ontvangst in een van de mooiste plekjes van Slovenië!

Sehr gutes, schön zubereitetes, umfangreiches Frühstück inklusive nach Wunsch zubereiteter Eier. Ruhige Lage oberhalb der Altstadt mit fantastischem Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse über den Hafen auf das Meer. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus, was für Piran nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse. In 10 min ist man zu Fuss im Ort und am Meer.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und vergeben ohne zu zögern 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit - sie hatte jede Menge wertvolle Informationen zur Anreise parat, was uns die Ankunft sehr erleichtert hat. Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight! Mit regionalen Spezialitäten liebevoll zubereitet und dazu noch dieser traumhafte Ausblick während des Frühstücks - einfach unbeschreiblich schön und der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer waren tadellos sauber und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: der Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft - sehr praktisch und bequem.

Die sehr ruhige Lage der Unterkunft ist ist optimal, die Stadt kann fußläufig erkundet werden. Das schöne Zimmer mit der kleinen Terrasse bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Ausblick. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück wird in büfettform angeboten. Der Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausruhen und Genießen der Aussicht. Die freundliche, zuvorkommende Eigentümerin gibt gute Tipps für alternative Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus.

La terrasse est merveilleuse. Notre hôtesse nous a donné toutes les explications pour visiter Piran à notre arrivée.

De locatie is fantastisch, prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Je loopt in 7 minuten vanaf het hotel naar het centrum. Ontvangst is hartelijk, met heel veel uitleg over de omgeving. Heel fijn dat je bij het hotel kan parkeren voor € 15 per dag. Goed en vers ontbijt.

De kamer is wat basic, vooral de badkamer is heel klein.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super schönen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von Piran und das Meer. Es ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns prima erholen.

Sehr netter Empfang mit kühlen Getränken, wir haben viele Tipps für Strände , Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Schöne ruhige Lage oberhalb von Piran mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt und den Hafen . Leckeres Frühstück, welches mit Liebe angerichtet wurde , mit traumhaftem Blick. Tolle Gartenanlage zum verweilen. Schöne individuelle Zimmer mit Terrasse , Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage, sowie Parkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder . Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Situation superbe avec une vue splendide sur la vielle ville de Piran. La vielle ville est à 20 minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux. Parking privé disponible.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die viele gute Tipps gegeben haben und wirklich sehr gastfreundlich sind. Fantastisches Frühstück.

Alles! Es war rundum ein Wohlfühlort in bezaubernder Lage ( Meerblick und sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge ) . Das Frühstück mit lokalen Delikatessen war hervorragend. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen.
