Perfect location, friendly and very helpful hosts, very clean well equipped room. Perfect for a stay in Piran with a more personal touch than larger group tour hotels.

Goratz was an amazing host. We had a health issue and arrived very late at night, but he waited for us with checking-in kindness, offering coffee, wine, and checking on my wife. He even gifted us champagne for our honeymoon! The place is beautiful, full of history, with lovely windows overlooking the main square and the church tower. The room is super comfortable.
Just note that the stairs are a bit steep for heavy luggage, but the hospitality and charm make it 100% worth it.
