Close to city center, but small room

Location is great, just a few steps away from the Tartini square, from the supermarket, main shops and restaurants and from the beach. The personel was really nice and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was renovated, all usable items at hand.

The room was very small and it was difficult for 2 adults to manage luggage and usual life in such a small room. One of us had to sleep with the head very close to the bathroom door. The bathroom has a glass door, hence no intimacy when somebody uses the toilet. The walls are very thin and one can hear all internal and external noises. I understand that all the above apply to most of Piran accomodations.

Everything was perfect, I absolutely loved it

Every thing was perfect starting from the location in the center of the city and near to the see as well, continued with the cleaning level of the room, also they offer 10 % discount in one nice spot exactly in front of the sea, with wonderful coffe and different variety for breakfast, ending with how Ana, caring about the small details, she was preparing even the TV with Arabic search in the YOUTUBE, she is an adorable girl. Really thank you very much for her.

Perfect stay

First of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Anna shared so much about the city and its hidden gems that we wished this had been the first place we stayed. We were only there for two nights, but the room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We felt so welcomed there!

LOVED Piran! Was seriously sad to leave.

Location was excellent! In a quiet alley just 45 seconds to the gorgeous Tartini Square and 45 seconds the other direction to the ocean!

Room was small but I was travelling with my brother and it was fine for us. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. It was great value and Ana, the young lady who greeted us, was uber friendly and helpful and charming. Great place for price, I would stay again.

Nice, clean and cosy apartment in the heart of Piran!

Nice interior, everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment’s location is amazing, it’s easy to reach anything in the city by just a few minutes of walking. The staff is also very helpful and kind with great recommendations!

The room can get quite hot, but the AC solved this small problem as well.

Anna was incredibly kind and helpful upon arrival, with great local recommendations. Easy to locate - I came via the bus and it was an 8 minute walk. Quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveller!

Ana is the friendliest host. Welcomed with a drink and given lots of information and recommendations for Piran which was a real bonus. Very secure and safe as well as quiet. Had everything you needed. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. The location was perfect, near beaches, restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean, with good bed and spotless bathroom. Perfect holiday spot with a child.

Steep stairs, we stayed on the second floor. But I think most hotels are in a narrow houses with steep stairs in that area.

The room was spacious and beautiful with ample storage/shelving - very practical when travelling. The location is perfect. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

A great stay in the loveliest seaside city in Slovenia. Moreover, pretty Izola is nearby.

The location is excellent, the city is beautiful, and the facilities are very comfortable. The hostess and the owner, Ana and Grigor, are top notch. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and committed to their guests' welfare and enjoyment of the city and the surrounding area.

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. Most of all, I liked that it was modern and quiet. So it was easy to sleep well.

It was perfect

The owner was so nice. He helped us about everything, good restaurants, concerts etc. The house was clean and perfect. The location is so good, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the beach is also just 5 minutes walk from the house. If we will go to Piran again, I’m sure that we will choose this guesthouse again.

Excellent location at reasonable price

Very good location, basically in the dead center of town. The room was comfortable with nice bathroom

No possibility to park as it is located inside the old city with narrow streets. Motorcycle parking possible only minutes away. By car, parking outside in parking spaces with shuttle bus to old city. Room is small but sufficient.

I loved this little hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was modern, nice and very clean. The hotel was situated just in the center of the old town with short walking distances.

The check-out time was a bit too early (10.00) for me.

Extremely nice staff, warm welcome moment with them over a cup of coffee and homemade drinks. Got lot of information about surroundings. Room was really clean and comfy. Location is great, short walking distance everywhere. We highly recommend this place!

This location doesn't have private parking as advertised

Good location.

Misleading description. The guesthouse is located in a pedestrian area, but when you apply private parking filters on booking com, the location still shows up, making you think that it offers private parking. After you book the reservation, they write to you and explain that there is actually no parking spot, but that there is a parking nearby. The parking is actually outside the city and it cost between 15 and 26 euro per day. Than they tell you that you can park outside the hotel just to leave your luggage, but you actually park half a kilometer away and one person must remain in the car while the other takes the luggage to the guesthouse.

Perfect

The place is perfectly located. It is clean and it seems recently renovated. The bed was comfy. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. They recommended places for dinner that will not brake the pocket.

There is just one inconvenience. The shower is positioned in such a way that your shoulder should be almost in the wall in order to be centered under the stream. But it is a small thing.

Good location

The location is great, close to restaurants and everything else. Staff is very friendly, room was as in the photos and very clean.

I wanted to have a nap in the afternoon but was not able to as I could hear everything from the reception to my room on the first floor. One can hear everything from the staircase too and also a bit from the other rooms. It was calm at night though so I was able to get a good night’s sleep (I only stayed one night). Also, I believe the price is a bit steep for low season.
