It was clean. Location is perfect. Staff was very helpful.
It was not a big problem for us, that the room was very small, because we knew what to expect, but still, it was tiny. It’s perfect for those who only wants to use the room for the sleeping. Bed is good. Ana was really lovely host!

An excellent stay in the picturesque streets of Piran, in a very central location right next to the main square. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The hostess at the reception was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely return.

Good location, super friendly staff, very clean room, quite cosy and quiet, AC, towels are provided. Access by code to the guesthouse and rooms so no keys to manage and checking out is a non-action; you just leave. Quality to price is excellent. Overall, we recommend.
The shower had very low throughput, and not incredibly warm (the water heater was set to 50 degrees which seems a bit low to me).
Broken ventilation in the bathroom so it became a bit humid after a shower (but you can always open the window, or the AC in dry mode, so that’s a nitpick).
Food smell in the street that comes in when opening the window.

This is a cozy accommodation perfectly located just a few meters from the main square. The space features a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. To top it off, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
